At Wessex Tubas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if it does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all instruments are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific shipping instructions for your region.

• 2.
  Prepare the Instrument

  Carefully clean the instrument and pack it securely in its original case and shipping carton, ensuring all accessories and mouthpieces are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Wessex

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package through a tracked and insured carrier to one of our global distribution centers.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians have inspected the instrument for damage or wear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
